Katherine Frelon is our "Scatty Chef", a name that has followed her for the last 25 years - but she is far from Scatty! Living in France for the last 20 years, Katherine has worked as a freelance chef in restaurants, hotel barging and more recently a château in Strasbourg. She commutes regularly to the UK, again as a freelance chef and also to develop new and exciting rubs, marinades and deluxe ready meals for farm shops, as well as organising weddings and parties.
Her latest project is an amazing converted farmhouse in the heart of Burgundy where she runs cooking and wine tasting courses. This has been very well received internationally with press articles being released on a regular basis. Cooking for an International clientele has its advantages as she has been asked to provide an auction lot for 2 guests on her Cooking & Wine Courses for the next Grammy Awards in LA this coming January.
